BOOKING FAQ
Everything you need to know before you book — from how sessions work to what happens if plans change.
- Use the Online Booking calendar on this page to select your training type (Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, etc.).
- Pick a date and available time slot. Slots are shown in 30-minute intervals.
- Fill in your details — name, email, phone number, age, and your training goals.
- Enter your card details via Stripe to hold your request. Your card is not charged yet.
- Submit your booking request. You'll receive a “pending approval” email confirming we received it.
- A trainer will review your request and either accept or decline it — usually within 24 hours.
- If accepted, your card is charged and you'll receive a full booking confirmation email with all session details.
All bookings require manual approval by a trainer before they are confirmed. This allows us to review your goals and intake details, confirm availability, and make sure we can deliver the right session for you.
Your card is not charged until a trainer approves your booking. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your booking will be declined and no payment will be taken.
You will receive an email notification as soon as a decision is made — typically within 24 hours.
All sessions are held in person at a local gym or training facility. The confirmed address is included in your booking confirmation email (sent after your session is approved and paid).
If you have specific requirements (e.g. outdoor training, accessible facilities), contact us before booking and we'll confirm the best venue for you.
Note: Sessions are never held via video call — all training is face-to-face.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Important: Your card is only charged after a trainer approves your booking request. If your booking is declined, no payment is taken.
Our cancellation policy is:
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund — the training slot cannot be reallocated at short notice.
- No-show: The session is forfeited with no refund.
To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Rescheduling is not available through the booking link directly. If you need to move your session, please contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to find an alternative time for you.

No — our programs are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're returning from injury, just starting out, or training for a specific sport, your program is tailored to your current fitness level and goals. Your intake form helps us prepare the right plan before session one.
If the listed slots don't work for you, contact us directly using the Send an Enquiry button. We can often accommodate early mornings, evenings, and weekend sessions for regular clients and corporate programs.
